About Me

My name is Claire and I’m a level 5 Clinical Reflexologist offering foot, hand and ear reflexology treatments.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

After investing in my own wellbeing through reflexology for over 10 years, I’m delighted to now support others to experience the holistic benefits by offering the complementary therapy in my own treatment room.

At The Reflexology Hideaway, I offer 60 minute, person centred treatments in foot, hand and auricular reflexology. These reflexology treatments can support anyone, as each is bespoke and holistic, planned to treat the person. Reflexology treatment benefits include: relaxation, release of tension, improved sleep, improved mood and increased wellbeing.

Treatment discounts are available through treatment packages and my loyalty card system.

The Reflexology Hideaway Location

The Reflexology Hideaway treatment room (accessible via stairs) is a tranquil loft space in the village of Hunnington, Halesowen.

The Reflexology Hideaway is easily accessible from the surrounding areas of Bromsgrove, Rubery, Frankley, Stourbridge and Quinton, as well as being conveniently located near junction 3 of the M5.
