Reflexology is a complementary holistic therapy that encourages relaxation alongside body balance and healing. Gentle finger or thumb pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, hands or ears, following the theory that the body is mapped on these. These points are called reflexes and by stimulating them a practitioner aims to support health and well-being.


Reflexology is a way for someone to invest in their wellbeing and self-care, as it allows time away from the world, time to be in the moment and have some personal time in a safe space. A 60-minute foot treatment will involve working on the feet individually and bi-laterally (together).

Hand reflexology is a good option if the client can’t/doesn’t want their feet touched. A therapeutic technique based on the concept that hands contain reflex points corresponding to organs and body systems. Hand reflexology offers a caring touch and opportunities to learn self-help techniques.

Auricular (Ear) reflexology can produce quick results, due to the nerve connections to the brain. It can be used alone or as part of a combined treatment with feet or hands.
As part of this treatment, I also offer medicinal ear seeds. These are small, hard and round, and are placed on reflex points to help reinforce the effects post-treatment.
