After our initial health and lifestyle consultation, a full investigatory treatment will be carried out to help identify areas within the body that might be out of balance. Follow on treatments will be based on a unique, personalised treatment plan aimed to treat your specific needs. Alongside this, I always use my knowledge, skills and intuition to adapt treatments based on how you present/what I find during an appointment. Reflexology has a cumulative effect, so future treatments can be scheduled based on my feedback and how the client wishes to proceed.

Initial consultation and investigatory clinical reflexology treatment:

Adults (lasting up to 90 minutes) - £60.
Children under 16 (lasting up to 70 minutes) - £45 (adult to remain present during the treatment for a child)

Follow on clinical reflexology treatments:

Reflexology (adult, lasting up to 60 minutes) £50.
6 treatment adult package £270.
Reflexology (child, lasting 30-40minutes) £40
6 treatment child package £215

Payment is taken at the end of each session. Methods of payment accepted – cash, card and bank transfer.

I can offer mobile treatments for those with mobility issues who are unable to tackle the stairs up to my treatment room. Also, due to some chronic health issue symptoms, some clients may benefit from shorter sessions. Please contact me if either of the above applies to you, so we can discuss options in more detail.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours' notice of the scheduled appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment price , as per the Reflexology Hideaway terms and conditions.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase, for use within 6 months. Please contact me to purchase.

Private Healthcare

As I am registered with the AoR and CNHC, check your coverage plan to establish if reimbursement of reflexology fees are covered.
